What this site collects
Nothing. There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no cookies. There is no form to fill in, so the site itself never asks you for anything.
If you email us
Your email arrives in the FOSHA committee inbox. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass anything to anyone outside the committee. Messages are deleted once the enquiry is dealt with.
If you buy a ticket
Tickets and raffle entries are sold through our ticketing system, not through this website. We collect what we need to run what you bought, and to meet the rules that apply to a charity and to a registered lottery. If a booking form asks about allergies or other needs, that is so we can keep everyone safe, and you only tell us what you choose to.
We keep it only as long as we need it for the event, and for our reporting and compliance obligations. We do not sell your information, and we share it only with the services that take your payment and run the booking.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@fosha.org.uk and we will deal with it within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Hosting
The site is hosted in the UK. The web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security purposes.
Photographs
Photographs of children are only used with the permission the school holds on file. Photographs of adults appear because of their involvement in FOSHA or their attendance at an event. Any subject can ask to be removed at any time - email us and we will take it down straight away rather than discussing it first.
